This year’s Chairman’s Circle gathering in Naples was nothing short of exceptional. Bringing together some of the top commercial roofing contractors from across the country, the event continues to set the standard for excellence, collaboration, and forward-thinking leadership within the industry.

From the moment the weekend began, it was clear that this wasn’t just another event—it was a celebration of performance, consistency, and the partnerships that drive our business forward. The opportunity to connect with peers who are operating at the highest level creates an environment where ideas are shared, challenges are discussed, and new strategies are formed. These conversations are what continue to push the industry ahead.

We want to extend a sincere thank you to John and Kollet for hosting such a well-executed and memorable weekend. The recognition of those within the Chairman’s Circle did not go unnoticed. It’s events like these that reinforce the strength of the relationship with GAF and the value of being part of a network committed to excellence.

This week allowed everyone to step away from the day-to-day grind and focus on building relationships, reflecting on accomplishments, and preparing for what’s next.
